The Judd school in Tonbridge, Kent is a selective grammar school for boys aged 11-16 with a mixed Sixth Form.The selection is based on 11 plus Kent examination.Boys are admitted from 11 years old and girls join in Sixth Form.
The Judd school started in 1888 by the Skinners Company. The school is named after Sir Andrew Judde who was a 16th Century British merchant whose endowment helped fund the school.
The school has a reputation for producing excellent exam results. Majority of students go to Universities for higher education. The school has a high proportion of A level students who go to Oxford and Cambridge for university graduation.
The Judd school is part of the Kent Co-ordinated Secondary School Admission.
